Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon

Blogs are an opportunity to bring introspection to a virtual world. One of the greatest by-products of this ongoing reflection is the creation of community, built person by person along the way. Where the investment is high on both sides, the bonds of community begin to strengthen. This investment is not financial; rather, it is mainly comprised by interest and emotion and dialogue.

Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon is something I started doing a couple years ago. I would travel to a link on my site or someone who had commented then would move from that new site to another and another. It has taken me to strange locales, and it is one of my favorite parts of this experience. I hope you’ll enjoy it as well.
